• Payment information – amount paid, method and transaction reference. We do not store full card details. Card payments are processed by our payment provider(s).

• Photos (optional) – of locks/doors to quote or record work done (no images will be used for marketing without your consent).

  We securely delete or anonymise data when the retention period ends.
